CNC Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) :

Milltronics has designed and manufactured quality CNC machines for the metal cutting industry for over 30 years. Milltronics markets its 50+ diverse product models under three divisions: Milltronics CNC Machines, Partner Machines and International Machine Tools.

Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) :

We offer Horizontal Machining Centre with high level of standardisation. It provides an excellent price-performance ratio while maintaining a high degree of flexibility. This machine was specifically designed for robust processes: proven components, adequate speeds and a wide range of standard equipment that can be extended at any time.

Turning Centers / Lathes :

All lathes utilize a heavy-duty construction of typical V ways on our smaller toolroom lathes and manual engine lathes, oversized linear rails on the smaller slant bed lathes with rigid box way construction on the larger slant beds and all combination lathes.  All combination lathes incorporate manual operation, handwheel teach and full CNC operation with either conversational or standard ISO programming.  Select models are available with a Fanuc or Siemens control as well.  Feature for feature, pound for pound, nothing competes with our turning centers.

Bridge Mills :

Belted spindle configuration.  Huge travels and table surfaces place this machine right between the lightweight routers and heavyweight cast iron bridge machines.  Ideal for large fabricated parts, plates, aluminum molds and wood patterns. Travels from 100x50" to 150x80".
